Caged Bear: With regards to the posting about Pollok not being in the second round of the OVD Scottish Junior Cup, can I just reiterate that they were beaten by ARTHURLIE on penalties in the first round. Let me say that again coz it sounds so good - THEY WERE BEATEN BY ARTHURLIE ON PENALTIES in the first round. As a result, they're oot. Yahoo!

Wouldn't you like to know!: I think the criticism of frank and johnny is slightly merited but you only need to look at the committee to see where it stems from! even one of their wives(?) was spotted shouting obscenities at the opposition goalkeeper - so i think the problem lies far deeper than the management!

Captain Speaks Out...

Ahead of the match with Auchinleck Talbot club captain Roland Fabiani spoke to the site, with his thoughts on the last couple of games and his own red card at Shotts the week before.

I genuinely thought I was going to win the ball when I went into the tackle and was astounded when I was shown a red card.  Maybe I'm wrong but I didn't feel it justified a red...As captain I was disappointed in myself as I have enough experience to know not to make tackles like that having been booked already.
